Easy walking distance to convenience store (Traders Mini-Super) and beach access to many restaurants, including Coral Baja’s "Mama Mia's" Restaurant (next door) and Zippers Beachfront Restaurant (5 min walk on beach). Fast food restaurants (Domino's Pizza & Subway) are located 2 minutes walk on 4 lane highway in the Coral Baja development next door.

El Zalate is located a few minutes drive to the centre of San Jose de Cabo for some of the finest dining in the Baja or to world-class golfing, surfing, snorkeling and deep sea fishing all located on the corridor stretch. Enjoy whale watching from the fourth floor terrace or surf casting from the beach. Downtown Cabo San Lucas is a short 20 minute drive down the 4-lane highway.
